1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of marketing service engagements with P.N Marketing Private Limited. We ask all clients to read this policy carefully before entering into a service agreement with us.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel any ongoing service engagement by providing written notice to info@pnmarketing.site. The required notice period is 30 days from the date of written notification, unless a different notice period is specified in your Service Agreement. During the notice period, we will continue to deliver services at the agreed level and you will be invoiced for this period in the normal way.

3. Notice Period Requirements

The 30-day notice period exists to allow for an orderly handover of campaign assets, account access, and performance data. During this period, we will prepare a comprehensive handover pack including all campaign files, account credentials, performance history, and strategic recommendations for continuity.

4. Cancellation of One-Time Projects

For project-based engagements, cancellation after commencement will result in a charge for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. The initial deposit is non-refundable. If the project is more than 50% complete at the time of cancellation, the full project fee may be due.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a service engagement immediately and without notice in the following circumstances: non-payment of invoices after 30 days; breach of our Terms of Service; requests to engage in activities that violate platform policies, applicable law, or ethical marketing standards; or conduct by the client that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to our team members.

In the event of company-initiated cancellation for non-payment, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

6. Handover Process

Upon cancellation of any engagement, we will provide a structured handover including: transfer of all account access and credentials; export of all campaign data and creative assets; a final performance report covering the full engagement period; and a transition briefing document for your incoming agency or in-house team.

7. Advertising Platform Accounts

Where we have created advertising accounts on your behalf, these accounts remain your property. Upon cancellation, we will transfer full ownership and access to you within 5 business days of the cancellation effective date.

8. Effect of Cancellation

Upon the effective date of cancellation, we will cease all marketing activities on your behalf, remove our team's access to your accounts, and issue a final invoice for any outstanding amounts. All confidential information belonging to either party will be returned or destroyed as agreed.
