This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions between P.N Marketing Private Limited and its clients. We are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and to resolving any concerns fairly and transparently. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and cover the planning, strategy, execution, and reporting work performed by our team during that month. Because this work begins immediately upon payment, retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
If you wish to discontinue a retainer engagement, please provide 30 days' written notice as specified in your Service Agreement. You will not be charged for the month following your notice period.
For project-based engagements, fees are typically structured as 50% on commencement and 50% on completion. The initial deposit covers discovery, strategy, and early production work and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The final payment is due upon delivery of agreed deliverables.
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is managed on your behalf and is not refundable by us once it has been deployed. Unspent advertising budget held in platform accounts remains in your account and can be withdrawn or reallocated at your discretion.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances: we have failed to commence work within the agreed timeframe through no fault of the client; we have materially failed to deliver agreed services and have been unable to remedy the failure within a reasonable period after written notice; or a duplicate payment has been made in error.
Refunds will not be issued for: dissatisfaction with marketing results that are outside our direct control; changes in your business circumstances or priorities; failure to provide us with required access, information, or approvals within agreed timescales; or requests made after work has been substantially completed.
To request a refund, please submit a written request to info@pnmarketing.site with your company name, invoice number, the amount in question, and a clear explanation of the basis for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. We reserve the right to deduct the value of work already completed from any approved refund amount.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding a refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.
